We are a husband and wife team.
Both disabled Army veterans.
We started out of our home in 2014
and had a storefront bakery in Forest Grove for a few years
and decided that we wanted to stay small and offer a quality product
without any compromise and currently
work out of our domestic kitchen in Banks, Oregon.
Rob is an Iraq War combat veteran (served 2003 - 2008).
Kristina in support of that campaign (served 2000 - 2003).
Rob bakes all the things.
Rob decorates all the cakes.
Rob's experience stems from his grandmother teaching him how to bake growing up,
and just the passion to turn his artistic sculpture skills toward creating edible art!
Rob also has formal training from the Portland Art Institute Culinary Program
& Academy of Art University Online based out of San Francisco, in Sculpture.
Kristina assists when needed.
Kristina's primary focus is on creating amazing decorated cookies & cake pops....
Oh - and all the paperwork since her background is legal studies and government.
