An absolute D R E A M ! There was a handful of photographers and I can see why. This venue, Bridal Veil Lakes, is an absolute dream. We did some exploring around the Historic Columbia River Highway after this styled shoot. Always something to explore out this way! We created a stormy, moody grey, Bohemian elopement wedding cutting cake for this inspirational shoot. Real cake! Don't ask me what the flavor was, something I need to keep track of! We had raving reviews, however. Just going through the vendor list below, there is SO much talent here!! I am in love with the super creativeness that took place. Everything came together, P E R F E C T L Y ! Check out the videography by Define Motion. Vendor Contact List

Rob created a REAL cake, sculpted... and remember... no fondant, ever! I decorated the pineapple cookies! This was my first photo shoot, and first official photography of my work so you can imagine how exciting this is for me. I hope to take part in more shoots and practice my skills more! I love being able to participate in the creative process and add to it especially when Rob has a cake in a photo shoot! There were many photographers who joined in on this shoot, so I will separate their photos. It is interesting to see each of their artwork. As you may or may not know, I do own a DSLR, however I just simply point and shoot and definitely am not taking advantage of the awesomeness, but that is OK :-) I will leave the photography to the subject matter experts! I really enjoy seeing each one's uniqueness and was intrigued by Stephanie Backlund's photography the most, as she is a current photography student, and her website was very clean and simple. I hope you enjoy these photos, as well! Click on the teal link for each photographer below to visit their website. I have listed vendor credits at the end! Another first for me! I jumped on the chance to provide vendor treats for the vendor table at this styled shoot! Let me tell you, gold leaf and the silver leaf.... have a mind of their own.... and want to statically charge and fly everywhere! They turned out beautiful and tasty, however.
Check out the videography and watch for our cake pops!
