These are made with our signature shortbread and royal icing. Your design is printed directly onto each cookie, giving it a polished, professional look!

Our custom cookies are primarily created using printed designs.

We may offer hand-finished details (decorated hand-piped cookies) on a very limited basis and when the artwork or event style calls for it. This approach allows for consistency, efficiency, and a polished final presentation.

Each cookie may be individually packaged, with the option to add a matching color bow (based on availability) for a small additional fee.

What makes our custom cookies different in Portland Oregon?

• We use a classic shortbread recipe inspired by high-end pastry techniques, giving our cookies a rich, buttery flavor that holds up beautifully for events. (Loved by all ages.)

• At about 3/8" thick, they have a premium feel and hold up beautifully for stacking, gifting, and delivery. Each cookie is a perfect serving and built to travel well.

    Our custom cookies are available in our most popular sizes:

    Regular Pricing (per dozen):

    Printed Cookies (Logo/Brand/Photo) —

    • $60 per dozen — loose in bakery box

    • $65 per dozen — individually heat-sealed

    • $70 per dozen — heat-sealed with coordinating bow

    Hand-Piped / Decorated Cookies —

    • Offered on a very limited basis at our discretion. Simple hand-finished minimal details may be added at our discretion to complement the overall design.

    Highly detailed, dimensional, or intricate royal icing styles are not part of our standard offerings.

    Our focus is printed cookie designs with a clean, polished finish.

    DESIGN

    Typically 1–2 designs per dozen. Up to three designs may be offered when it fits the order. Additional custom shapes or design work may incur an upgrade fee. For large quantities, variations may be limited to maintain consistency and presentation.

    Final design layout, level of detail, and execution method (primarily printed with select hand-finished details) are determined by Next Dimension Bakery to ensure a cohesive and consistent set.

    We offer special pricing for large logo or branded cookie orders — perfect for company gifts, events, and client thank-yous.

    • $55 per dozen – individually heat-sealed or placed loosely in a bakery box;

    • $60 per dozen – individually heat-sealed.

    • $65 per dozen – individually heat-sealed with a coordinating bow.

    Bulk pricing is available for orders of 10 dozen or more per order. Orders below this quantity are priced at standard rates.

    Recurring weekly or ongoing orders may be considered for preferred pricing based on consistency, volume, and production fit.

  • Our shortbread cookies last roughly 3 weeks- counter life, or 3 months- freezer life.

    Timing may vary and is not guaranteed, only what has been tested. Above timing is only when stored in an airtight container. For best product, always eat fresh.

    When defrosting - allow to defrost inside container for at least 8 hours to avoid condensation.

    We bake each order fresh the week of the due date.

  • Minimum 7 days’ notice is recommended. Orders within 14 days may incur a rush production fee.

    We may be able to accommodate larger or corporate orders on shorter timelines based on availability.

    We require about four days of production lead time prior to your requested date to allow for the various stages of production. However, timelines may vary depending on order size and production availability. So, the earlier you plan the better!

  • Yes. In addition to our standard cookie sizes and shapes, we can create custom cutters using our in-house 3D printer. Other shapes and sizes may be available depending on the design. May be subject to a design fee.

    Shapes with clean outlines and moderate detail translate best to cookies. When needed, our team may recommend minor refinements to ensure a cohesive and professional finished cookie.

  • We have added a professional direct-to-cookie printer called ‘Big Blue’ to our bakery. This technology allows us to print high-resolution edible images, logos, photos, and detailed artwork directly onto our shortbread cookies.

    Unlike smaller carousel-style printers that print cookies one at a time, our flatbed system allows multiple cookies and shapes and designs to be printed in a single run. This improves efficiency and allows us to produce large orders with consistent image quality.

    Our Big Blue printer uses food-safe edible inks and professional bakery printing technology to create crisp, detailed designs that would be difficult to achieve by hand.
