We offer simple hand-piped cookie designs with clean lines and minimal detail. Highly sculpted, dimensional, or intricate royal icing styles are not part of our standard offerings and may not be replicated from inspiration images.

Typically 1–2 designs per dozen. Up to three designs may be offered when it fits the order. For large quantities, variations may be limited to maintain consistency and presentation. Final design layout, detailing level, and execution method (printed vs hand-piped) are determined by Next Dimension Bakery to ensure a cohesive and consistent set.

Our shortbread cookies last roughly 3 weeks- counter life, or 3 months- freezer life.

Timing may vary and is not guaranteed, only what has been tested. Above timing is only when stored in an airtight container. For best product, always eat fresh.

When defrosting - allow to defrost inside container for at least 8 hours to avoid condensation.

We require about four days of production lead time prior to your requested date to allow for the various stages of production. However, timelines may vary depending on order size and production availability.

Orders placed within 14 days of the event date may incur a 20% rush production fee (minimum $50). This fee helps accommodate expedited design preparation, production scheduling, and specialty supply procurement required to complete the order within a shortened timeline.

Yes. Our cookie sets primarily feature printed designs, with simple hand-piped details added when appropriate. Most orders include 1–2 coordinated designs per dozen (up to three when it fits the order) to maintain a cohesive presentation.

Highly intricate or fully hand-piped royal icing designs are not part of our standard offerings. Final design layout and execution method are determined by Next Dimension Bakery.

Yes. In addition to our standard cookie sizes and shapes, we can create custom cutters using our in-house 3D printer. Other shapes and sizes may be available depending on the design. Pricing may vary.

Shapes with clean outlines and moderate detail translate best to cookies. When needed, our team may recommend minor refinements to ensure a cohesive and professional finished cookie.

We will soon be adding a professional direct-to-cookie printer called “Big Blue” to our bakery. This technology allows us to print high-resolution images, logos, photos, and detailed artwork directly onto our shortbread cookies.

Unlike smaller carousel-style printers that print cookies one at a time, our flatbed system allows multiple cookies and shapes to be printed in a single run. This improves efficiency and allows us to produce large orders with consistent image quality.

The printer uses food-safe edible inks and professional bakery printing technology to create crisp, detailed designs that would be difficult to achieve by hand.

Until this equipment arrives (very soon!), printed designs are produced using high-quality edible sugar sheets from a trusted printing vendor, while smaller jobs are handled in-house.

Printed designs are a primary part of our cookie style and are often paired with simple hand-piped accents for a clean, polished finish.
